Return & Refund Policy
Effective September 28, 2026. This policy applies to orders placed on or after this date.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (weekends and holidays included). Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals and safety wraps intact.
Food Safety Exclusion
Because INKEEP products are consumable food and dietary supplement items, opened or partially used products cannot be returned or resold, except in the case of items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Fees
- Restocking fee: a 5% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping fee: a flat $4.00 USD return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Example: for a $17.99 order, your refund would be $17.99 − $0.90 (5%) − $4.00 = $13.09.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no restocking or shipping fees apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food and supplement products (see Food Safety Exclusion above)
- Gift cards
- Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
How to Start a Return
Email us at 137136181728@163.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the restocking fee and return shipping fee described above. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
